The Dale Loft is a rustic, Industrial inspired warehouse space and Kitchen available to hire in the heart of Sydney.
The West-facing windows flood the space with afternoon light, while the double-brick walls and recently refurbished wooden floors lend a rustic charm.

If you’re looking for a unique space to run a workshop, launch a product or host an intimate dinner, we’re a perfect space!

Mission Statement
We are committed to keeping the rich photographic cultural heritage of Chippendale alive.
Our aim is to take the historically creative inner-city suburb of Chippendale, and in particular, the Iconic Brewery Haylofts, and integrate it into the modern urban growth that is changing the suburb… all without loosing it’s rustic edge.
It’s a homage to the past, with an eye on the future.

The ‘Dale is a 100% independent studio and creative space, owned by Daniel Sommer & Kate Doyle, two working creatives who LOVE to support other creatives.
Dan
Equipment Manager
Dan is a professional Headshot & Portrait photographer who has travelled Australia & Europe educating on lighting, portrait techniques and photography business management.
Dan has a reputation of being an energetic and down-to-earth guy who knows what he’s doing. He may be around to help give advise, share knowledge and geek out over gear
Kate
Studio Manager
With a storied past in the Film and Television industry, Kate now focuses her time on working as a Graphic Designer, Educator and all around ‘helper’ to all those around her.
